Our fundamental belief is that shrink-wrapped improvement approaches that fail to account for individual organizational dynamics often fade as soon as the consultants leave. Our experience is that true change has to come from within and be embraced, not bought off a shelf and “customized.” Although this is a less efficient business model, it is effective and lasting, which is what our clients hire us to deliver.
