Rebecca Henson, a partner with Healthcare Performance Solutions, specializes in individual and team leadership development.  Much of her extensive background in executive development and coaching has been spent helping senior executives become more effective in both their work and personal lives.  In addition to her capacities in leadership assessment and coaching, Ms. Henson is skilled in training, team building, conflict management, and process consulting.

Rebecca’s unique blend of training and skills enables her to effectively guide managers as they explore and address personal obstacles to excellence and as they confront the interpersonal challenges that are inevitably part of leadership.  Over the course of her career she has developed particular expertise in helping mid-level executives successfully make the transition to senior-level, strategic assignments.

Prior to joining the HPS team Rebecca spent a number of years as a consultant with Kaplan Devries, Inc., where she worked with senior executives and leadership teams from a variety of Fortune 500 companies.  Rebecca started her consulting career in the mid 80’s when she was awarded an internship at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in Greensboro, North Carolina.  Following the completion of her initial commitment to CCL she continued her relationship with the Center as an Adjunct Faculty member, teaching and coaching senior executives from across the country.

Ms. Henson’s professional development has included education, counseling, and consulting.  She holds a Master of Arts in Social Science from Azusa Pacific College.
She lives in Decatur, Georgia with her husband, Norman Bray, who is a developmental psychologist.
