Paul Litten, a founding partner of Healthcare Performance Solutions, brings 17 years experience in training, equipping and mobilizing leadership in a variety of venues and contexts. His primary focus is helping clients generate sustainable breakthrough performance through effective and profound leadership. He is known for his innovative training, leadership coaching, strategic consulting and engaging speaking style developed over years of serving leaders at all levels of the organizational enterprise.

In addition to his work with HPS, Paul continues to be actively involved in LeadershipForward, a firm he co-founded in 2002 to serve the leadership development needs of corporate and government clientele. Paul has provided thought leadership, management training and organizational development advising on issues related to Generations X and Y. His work also includes extensive experience and education in managing diversity and cross-cultural training, including key roles in community-based leadership programs.

Paul lives in Atlanta with his wife and 11-year-old son.
