Bill Crocker is a founding partner of Healthcare Performance Solutions specializing in performance measurement and management systems, employee selection, and workplace quality assessment. He is one of HPS’s two certified Employer of Choice recognition program evaluators and regularly conducts site visit assessments for Award finalists and others planning a future application. In addition to his client work, Crocker also supports the firm’s marketing efforts by working with key business partners and developing new client relationships with select healthcare organizations.
Crocker brings to his work a passion for creating positive, performance-focused workplaces that produce exceptional business results through caring leadership and engaged employees. Using measurement and sophisticated assessment approaches, he helps clients develop better systems to select, develop, and position talent for success.
Much of Bill’s current work is a continuation of his prior training and service at The Gallup Organization, where he was a Vice President responsible for employee selection and workplace quality research clients in the Southeastern United States. During his subsequent work as a Partner at Kenexa Technologies, Crocker developed significant expertise around performance management systems and automated recruiting processes. Earlier in his career Crocker served in various staff and leadership roles where both he and his teams won multiple awards for exceptional performance and client service.
Crocker studied Business Administration at Humboldt State University and later completed the executive program for human resources professionals at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His ongoing research interests are in positive organizational change, organizational efficacy, and intangible asset valuation. An avid woodworker, Bill spends what free time he has doing home remodeling projects and designing and building custom furniture in his woodshop.
